- Open the laptop or PC. Open the settings app and click on Bluetooth & Devices, then Mobile Devices.
- Now turn on the Allow this PC to access your mobile device option.
- Then click on Manage Devices.
- It will redirect you to the Microsoft Store. Now update the “cross-device experience host” app.
- Once the managed mobile device app opens, simply click on Add Device.
- It will show you a QR code. Now install the “Link to Windows” app on Android mobile from the Play Store.
- Once the app is installed, open the app, click on Sign in using the QR code on your PC, and scan the QR code on the PC.
- Now a code will appear on your laptop; simply type in the code on your Android mobile.
- The app will ask you for some permissions, allow all of them, and finally click done.
- Make sure you have enabled Get New Photo Notification in the Manage Mobile Devices setting.
From now on, whenever you take a screenshot on a mobile device, it will send that photo or screenshot to a Windows device as a notification. On a Windows device, you can open that image and view, edit, and save it directly in the file manager.
